NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands & East (West Midlands) and NHS Walsall CCG (referred to as the Commissioners) would like to invite suitably qualified and experienced Providers to deliver Primary Medical Care Services at the following GP Practices in Walsall (the Services). • LOT 1 – Walsall. • LOT 2 – Harden/ Blakenall. • LOT 3 – Keys Medical Practice. • LOT 4 – Collingwood Family Practice. This is a restricted process and only those Bidders that pass at PQQ stage will be invited to ITT stage. The closing date for PQQ submissions is 12:00 noon on 4 January 2018. It is intended that the ITT will be published on 22 January 2018. The opportunity notices will be located on the following websites: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Search Walsall Town is based at 1 Forrester Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 9PL. Maximum contract period will be10 years. The contract for this service is an APMS contract, but the payment mechanism will follow the GMS contract regulations for all items, with the addition of the APMS premium, which is equivalent to 5 % of the Global sum payment per patient. The successful Provider will receive remuneration for the whole contract period utilising this methodology. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to the contracts. It is essential that interested Providers must be able to demonstrate an ability to mobilise the service to ensure a service commencement date of 1 July 2018. Harden/ Blakenall will be based over 2 sites: Blakenall Village Centre, 79 Thames Road, Blakenall, Walsall, West Midlands, WS3 1LZ and Harden Road, Walsall, WS3 1ET. Maximum contract period will be 10 years. The contract for this service is an APMS contract, but the payment mechanism will follow the GMS contract regulations for all items, with the addition of the APMS premium, which is equivalent to 5 % of the Global sum payment per patient. The successful Provider will receive remuneration for the whole contract period, utilising this methodology. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to the contracts. Keys Medical Practice will be based at Field Street, Willenhall WV13 2NY. Maximum contract period will be 10 years. The successful Provider will receive remuneration for the whole contract period, utilising this methodology. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to the contracts. Collingwood Family Practice will be based at Collingwood Drive, Birmingham B43 7NF. Maximum contract period will be 10 years. The contract for this service is an APMS contract, but the payment mechanism will follow the GMS contract regulations for all items, with the addition of the APMS premium, which is equivalent to 5 % of the Global sum payment per patient. The successful Provider will receive remuneration for the whole contract period, utilising this methodology. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply to the contracts.
