Estates Building Management System (BMS) Maintenance Services

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is seeking a Contractor with the appropriate range of products and services, experience and competitive pricing to supply it with suitable ongoing maintenance and associated technical support in relation to existing Building Management Systems (BMS), across all the Trust's main sites. The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to inform prospective Bidders about the Trust's requirements for the supply of BMS maintenance services; it will provide them with the information required to enable them to bid for the contract to provide the services. The key output from this procurement exercise is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake BMS maintenance works at the Trust's various premises, located across Sheffield Ensure that the APPENDIX C COST EVALUATION (PRICING TEMPLATES) spread sheet is completed, and submitted as part of the bid.
