This is a contract award notice, please do not respond to this notice. Scottish Enterprise has a requirement to tender for Low Carbon energy Market Intelligence Service; this will be a 4 Lot contract with subscription to a renewable and low carbon power market intelligence database; renewable and low carbon heat market intelligence; energy systems technologies market intelligence database and an offshore renewable energy projects database. The contract for the provision of these databases is for a period of approximately 2 years and 5 months, commencing in November 2017 and concluding 31.3.2020. SE would also like to reserve the option to extend the contract for an additional year at the end of the specified term, subject to a SE internal project and budget approval process. Scottish Enterprise requires a renewable and low carbon power market intelligence database that provides coverage of a range of different renewable and low carbon power technologies. As a minimum, SE would expect the database to cover all of the following below: Technologies and sectors: — Onshore wind; — Offshore wind; — Marine energy; and — Hydro. Scottish Enterprise requires a renewable and low carbon heat market intelligence database that provides coverage of a range of different renewable and low carbon heat technologies. As a minimum, SE would expect the database to cover all of the following below: Technologies and sectors: — District Heating; — Combined Heating Power; — Heat Pumps; and — Solar Thermal. Scottish Enterprise requires an energy systems technologies market intelligence database that provides coverage of a range of different energy systems technologies. As a minimum, SE would expect the database to cover all of the following below: Technologies and sectors: — Data Analytics; — Sensors, Control, and Security Components and Algorithms; — Power Electronics; — Digital Platforms; — Network Ancillary Services; and — Energy Storage Solutions. Scottish Enterprise requires an offshore renewable energy projects database that tracks commercial-scale offshore wind farm projects around the world. SE's preferred solution would also track offshore wind test and demonstration projects, as well as wave and tidal energy projects. For each project, SE would expect the database to contain as a minimum: — Project Name, — Developer, — Owner(s), — Capacity, — Key dates (e.g. consent date, construction start date, completion date).
