Andium Homes - Play Area Inspections - Service Level Agreement

LOCAL CONTRACTORS ONLY Andium Homes wishes to enter into a Service Level Agreement with a suitable Consultant for the provision of Play Area Health & Safety Inspection Services to a selection of residential play areas within Andium Homes estates. The Consultant must be a member of The Register of Play Inspectors International (RPII) or similar approved professional body. The Service Level Agreement is for a 5-year period from 1st January 2018 – 31st December 2022 with an option to extend by a 2 year period (right reserved by Andium Homes). Although this will be subject to an annual performance review by Andium Homes. Non-performance by the Consultant will result in this agreement being terminated early. Keywords: Playground
