Support for Leadership and Engagement Model for Ireland East Hospital Group Staff

Tender description

The Ireland East Hospital Group wishes to engage external support to assist with the development of a robust model to increase staff engagement and trust levels. The envisaged output is to have greater levels of engagement, trust, flexibility and productivity which will maximise the proficiency of our staff to deliver a cohesive suite of services to our customer base. Ireland East Hospital Group see the following as deliverables in this process: • Carry out an audit to establish baseline information. • Analyze and provide reports on the information collated. • Provide targeted strategies including critical milestones and key deliverables to remedy weaknesses in trust levels and internal communications. • Provide a community of practice which allows for knowledge exchange with third party organizations. • Provide training for senior managers in the interpretation of and implementation of delivery plans. • Benchmarking against “best in class” both nationally and internationally.
