Tender description

The Scottish Government's Education Analytical Services wishes to commission the evaluation of the Enhanced Universal Health Visiting Pathway (EHVP) in Scotland. The evaluation will be conducted in two phases, with phase 1 collecting baseline evidence on the contribution of health visiting to desired outcomes, a review of routine data and a process evaluation. Phase 2 will include an outcomes and process evaluation.
