Tender description
Construction of a single storey extension to form an additional bedroom to a Council owned dwelling at 33 Bondgate, Ripon. Contractors are asked to provide us within their quotation for the construction of a single storey brick built extension. Working hours are strictly 08:30 to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. No weekend working will be allowed unless in exceptional circumstances and with the pre-approval of the Council’s maintenance surveyor and the tenant. Contractors will be asked to submit the following:- • A Method Statement • Risk Assessments • Training and Qualification records for employees The work will comprise of a pre-start site survey with Harrogate Borough Council’s Maintenance Surveyor and agreeing the programme of work with the occupant. Work will be based on the priced schedule. Contractor to confirm start date with the tenant at least one week beforehand. Keywords: construction, extension
