Water Powered Technology Limited (WPT) are in the process of creating a new Head Quarters and Technology Demonstration Facility on Plot 5 Aero Hub Business Park Newquay Cornwall TR8 4HP. The design has followed the Royal Institutes British Architects 2013 RIBA Plan of Works. Currently our project has reached RIBA Stage 3 for the Head Quarters building with a contained Technology Demonstration Facility. An application to Cornwall Council for a Local Development Order has been made and an associated planning application has also been made to Cornwall Council. The Planning Application references are PA17/09936 PA17/10,096 respectively. The Head Quarters building comprises two floors and must achieve a BREEAM Excellent Rating. WPT are seeking quotations for the completion of the professional services and surveys as defined in the specification. Tenders will be evaluated to determine the most economically advantageous offer taking into consideration the award criteria set out in the ITT that you can download from the attachment.
