Offers are being sought for a five year contract to include the ongoing supply of: — 4 machines, 2 Combined Phaco Vitrectomy and 2 Phaco machines from the same supplier utilising the same Phaco modules and probes including light source, air and silicone oil injector. — Maintenance of the Machines. — 60 Phaco Handpieces (in total). — Phaco and Posterior Vitrectomy Custom Packs and Anterior vitrectomy cutters. — Supporting consumables for each procedure i.e. Healon, Visthesia, Balanced salt solution, light sources, extra and intraocular bipolar, for Vitrectomy. — Intra Ocular Lenses. Nottingham University Hospitals 2 sites across Nottingham.
