Medway Council is seeking a consultancy team to produce an evidenced master-plan across both Medway Council and Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council local authority areas for Innovation Park Medway. The master-plan will be used as guidance supplementary to or in absence of any other appropriate planning policy guidance. The master-plan will support the exploration of an appropriate planning mechanism to deliver the Council's ambitions. This could require the appointed consultancy to prepare a Local Development Order (LDO) as a second phase of work.
