Tender description

Northumbria Facilities Management Limited on behalf of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is carrying out a call off through Lot 6 of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Passenger Transport services. The Trust is seeking to appoint 2 Transport Supplier(s) via the Call-Off, a primary and a secondary Supplier for 5 Service Areas. Suppliers may apply for 1 or more of the Service Areas listed. Each Supplier can only be ranked number 1 for a maximum of 2 Service Areas but there is no limit given to the number of Service Areas the taxi providers can be ranked as number 2. North Northumberland — Taxi Pickups including Berwick, Alnwick, Rothbury, Otterburn and Berwick Visitor Transport. South East Northumberland — Taxi Pickups including Blyth, Ashington, Wansbeck ,Morpeth and Cramlington — NSECH ( Shared Taxi Service for Cramlington hospital Visitors. West Northumberland Taxi Pickups including Haltwhistle, Hexham. Tyneside — Taxi Pickups including North Tyneside, Newcastle. Ratuls Service.
