Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School provide Diploma courses in Business and Executive Coaching and wish to engage with the market on the provision of these types of courses. This pre-planning market engagement process is referred to as a ‘technical dialogue’ and is expressly permitted by the relevant public procurement regulations, including Article 40 of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.
