The University is seeking to establish a framework agreement consisting of 1 provider for undertaking Fire and Security (F&S) planned works, reactive works, works arising and project works to the building infrastructure within the Estates portfolio, during the period May 2018 to April 2021; with the option to extend for 2 additional 1 year period(s). The purpose of the framework is to deliver an asset management philosophy to maintaining the University's F&S assets in accordance with statutory compliance, life-cycle and performance milestones within the University built environment to ensure safety and efficient, effective use of the assets across the University estate.
