Tender description
This is a market information exercise to inform the procurement process and specification. There is no requirement for site attendance at this stage. We are inviting you to complete and submit an online questionnaire which can be obtained via the Intend portal. Hampshire County Council is embarking on a project to procure a range of pay and play activities, including aerial trekking, auto belayed climbing, along with the demolition and replacement of the existing bouldering wall. These three elements will all need to be undertaken within a tightly defined area within the Sunderland Hangar at Calshot. The purpose of this consultation is to engage with suppliers and ascertain the optimum method for procuring the facilities as it is likely that the construction may require more than one company to be involved in the complete process. If you are interested in delivering these requirements, and for further information, please go to www.in-tendhost/hampshire and search for the ‘Development of Pay and Play Climbing Facilities at Calshot Activities Centre under the ‘Tenders’ tab (Project Ref CC11673). The Open Procedure as defined by Regulation 27 of the PCR15 will be followed. Full details regarding the nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of needs and requirements can be obtained via Intend. Registration and completion of this questionnaire does not constitute an expression of interest in this/any tender. Responses will not be used to evaluate your company, create a short-list or guarantee inclusion(or mean exclusion) in any resulting tender exercise. This exercise is only to obtain feedback to inform our specification and tender process, which is a separate process and will require further registration and appropriate assessment. Please note this PIN covers Supplies and Installation of pay and play equipments.
