Tender description

This is a market information exercise to inform the procurement process and specification. There is no requirement for site attendance at this stage. We are inviting you to complete and submit an online questionnaire which can be obtained via the Intend portal. Hampshire County Council is embarking on a project to procure a range of pay and play activities, including aerial trekking, auto belayed climbing, along with the demolition and replacement of the existing bouldering wall. These three elements will all need to be undertaken within a tightly defined area within the Sunderland Hangar at Calshot. The purpose of this consultation is to engage with suppliers and ascertain the optimum method for procuring the facilities as it is likely that the construction may require more than one company to be involved in the complete process.
