Learning and Development Framework for SPT. This lot is covered under General Health and Safety Training and the following needs to be covered within this lot: Manual Handling; Fork-lift Truck Training; Crane Operations (Lifting and Slinging); Abrasive Wheel Training. Must be to Medium Risk level to accommodate deep sump within Subway System and delivered on-site. 2 days Med Risk training course. The following training requires to be delivered on SPT premises and the following is not limited to: Safety training in a permanent way environment Safety training in a tunnel environment Safety training in electrification and signalling Safety training in respect of our rolling stock including Battery Loco Safety training on other on track rail vehicle equipment Assessor training and railway engineering & Rail services award for Subway. Must be delivered on-site when required and also deliver SPT bespoke course First Aid at Work (3 days) First Aid at Work Refresher (2 days) AED Defibrillator ( 3hrs) Bespoke Defibrillator/basic First Aid course (3hrs 30 mins) 3.5hr course including: CPR/AED Approach to a situation Burns Scalds Slips trips falls Wounds First Aid Kit and reporting Choking. SPT currently uses Window 7 Office 10 and providers must be able to deliver all the requirements listed below plus expereince in MS Window 16 and 365. The trainer must be up to date MS Trained MS Outlook MS Excel MS Word MS Project MS Access MS SharePoint All level Adobe Acrobat Adobe Professional. This lot will cover a lot of soft skills which will not be exhaustive and may increase/decrease as requirements dictate and also deliver SPT bespoke course Supervising Skills Intro to Management Presentation Skills Report Writing Building effective Team Coaching for performance Time Management Practical Trainer or Train the Trainer Customer Service Effective communication skills (written/Oral/face to face/telephone Team Building Event facilitation. The providers must be able to deliver all different types of working at height training including scaffolding training which must cover stairwell erection Standard one day PASMA Course which encompasses working at height Standard Cherry Picker 1b & 3a (One day for both) Scaffolding Training (Over stairwell). This lot is for professional qualifications for different parts of the organisation APM — Project Fundamentals Qualification APM — Project Management Qualification APM — Project Professional Qualification APM — Recognised Project Professional. Providers must be able to deliver all the requirements listed below and also to deliver one day bespoke Internal Management Development module with core content to increase awareness and understanding of the line manager's responsibilities in relation to Health and Safety in the workplace IOSH Supervising Safety IOSH Managing Safety IOSH Leading Safely Bespoke Internal Management Development module.
