Tender description

The Contract is for a 3 year (plus 1 plus 1) cyclical programme of electrical periodic testing and upgrade to CHP properties. CHP properties are located within Essex, with the large majority being in or around Chelmsford. The testing cycle is 7 years but may move to a 5 year cycle (this will be decided when the tender documents are issued). We have therefore indicated the approximate value of the testing and resulting remedial works for the 3 year period as: — 7 year cycle — 1 300 000 GBP excl. VAT for 3 year period — 5 year cycle — 1 700 000 GBP excl. VAT for 3 year period.
