Education Services - Leadership Development Training

Tender description

NCHC intend to enter into a Framework agreement with one Bidder for the provision of Leadership Development Training Services. The Framework is for the provision of a Leadership development training service. NCHC has reviewed its incumbent middle and senior management teams and undertaken a talent management process, which is linked to the organisations succession planning process. NCHC will organise a list of all relevant managers who will be required to undertake leadership development and training. The Supplier will design and deliver the training services, which should follow the Chartered Management Institute's apprenticeship standard for Operations / Departmental Mangers curriculum, but in an abridged manner. NCHC are not expecting formal Level 5 certification. The subject of this procurement are services detailed under Schedule 3 of the regulations, therefore NCHC are applying a process in line with the Light Touch Regime (Regulations 74 to 76). The procurement process will follow the steps laid down in the Restricted Accelerated procedure, Regulation 28 (10) (please refer to http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/102/regulation/28/made). It is expected that the services will be valued under the current Light Touch Regime threshold (currently £589,148). This process is being followed to provide transparency, equality of treatment, and fairness to all prospective bidders.
