Radian requires 1 provider of a performance coaching system who can, ideally, also provide an instant engagement system. However, depending on the result of this competitive process, Radian may decide to contract with 2 separate providers. Further details are given in the document set herewith. Please note in particular clause 2.2 of Appendix A: Specification; the performance coaching system shall be in the form of software as a service (SaaS) and must be able to deliver a direct, demonstrable link between the cumulative effect of staff achievements and the highest level of objective. This is an essential requirement, and any bids unable to satisfactorily demonstrate this will be unsuccessful. Radian requires a modern, flexible performance management system that will support recent work around employee engagement, innovation, productivity and commerciality. It shall be in the form of SaaS and will allow approximately 800 staff to align their objectives to the operational plan and corporate strategy, using an Objectives and Key Results methodology. It is an essential requirement that all objectives can be directly linked back to the highest level of objectives, held be specific executive directors. Radian requires a SaaS solution that provides a mechanism to facilitate continual engagement with staff, allowing senior managers to be aware of the ‘temperature’ of the business at any point in time.
