Tender description

Leeds City Council requires a contractor to carry out research into financial exclusion and poverty in the city. The research will help to better understand how welfare reforms, the increased availability of high cost short term credit and the increase in the use of food banks is impacting on the finances and lives of Leeds residents. The contract will begin no later than the week commencing 8th January and all outputs are to be delivered to the Council by the end of April 2018. Keywords: financial, research, inclusion
