Gateshead Council’s Economic and Housing Growth (E&GH) Service is reviewing their current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System and the Council intends to carry out Pre-Market Engagement to gain an understanding of the market. This new CRM will be used to manage, monitor and report against all business activity and interventions handled by the E&HG Service. To carry out the best procurement process possible the Council is conducting a market engagement process, please download the document, book your prefered appointment slot and submit a response to the Council's questionnaire by 12pm on Monday the 20th of November 2017.
