Tender description

The Contractor is required to undertake internal remodelling works to an existing school premises to support London Academy of Excellence Tottenham's education vision and ethos. The existing school is levels 2 and 3 of Lilywhite House, Tottenham. The works include removing, and adding partitions, new doors and glazed screens. Forming new stud partitions, dwarf walls, glazed screens, additional doors and making good affected floor and wall finishes. Mechanical and Electrical alterations will be required to the affected rooms, including additional ductwork, alterations to the fire alarm and security networks, alterations to small power and audio-visual installations. Additional ICT will be required to the new classrooms i.e. whiteboards, projects AVs s. The successful Contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works.
