Tender description

Caerphilly County Borough Council invites tenders to set up a Framework Agreement for the Supply Events Equipment and Services. The requirement is for a Framework for the hire of a range of events equipment and services. The framework will service events throughout Caerphilly County Borough Council. Events will range in scale from musical acts on a bandstand, to large scale, multi-site events such as the Big Cheese in Caerphilly town centre, Various Town centre food fairs, ad-hoc events at country parks and other sites. The Supply and Delivery of Barriers, Fencing, Scaffolding Towers and Trackways. Provision of Fireworks Displays. The provision of suitably qualified First aid staff and services to treat a range of members of the public, as well as employees, volunteers, exhibitors and contractors. To provide portable chemical toilets and mobile washrooms and any additional services required for their hire. The supply of street performers for events being held in Caerphilly County Borough. The supply of a large scale outdoor LED screens for events being held in Caerphilly County Borough. The supply of a large scale outdoor cinema projection and screen for events being held in Caerphilly County Borough. The provision of Road coning for events. The provision of Traffic lighting services for events. The Supply Staging and Associated Equipment. The supply of Security guards and associated equipment / services for event security. Provision of Market Stalls, trestle tables and / or stall counters up to 2.5 m x 2.5 m. Provision of Market Stalls, trestle tables and / or stall counters up to 3.5 m x 3.5 m. The provision of Big top style marquees. This lot is to establish providers for the supply Marquees for events being held in Caerphilly County Borough. Supply and Setting out of Road Signage. The Hire of PA and Audio Equipment and Related Services. Supply and hire of Power Generating and Lighting Equipment and Other Associated Services.
