Tender description

The Authority wishes to appoint a framework of contactors to carry out minor maintenance, refurbishment and alteration projects (Lots 1-3) and Mechanical and electrical Works (Lot 4), up to an estimated value of 1 000 000 GBP (Lot 1-3) and 500 000 GBP (Lot 4), with the right to go above these thresholds if specific projects demand it, across a variety of properties within the geographical boundary of Cambridgeshire, as well as other bodies, as listed within the Procurement documents. The Provider shall be expected to undertake small jobs and minor works including building and building services replacement and refurbishment work. This will range from ‘handyman’ work to replacement of failed building elements such as roofs and will include refurbishing facilities such as kitchens and toilets as well as minor building modifications. Building Fabric Works from 0 GBP to 124 999 GBP in project value. Building Fabric Works from 125 000 GBP to 499 999 GBP in project value. Building Fabric Works from 500 000 GBP to 1 000 000 GBP in project value. Lot 4 Mechanical and Electrical Works from 0 GBP to 500 000 GBP in project value.
