Tender description
The Council has a Highways Maintenance team which maintains the Borough's highways. It requires a supplier for civil supplies which will cover the following areas. — Kerbs, gully plates, bollards, edgings, cement, aggregates. — Tools. — Paint. — Road Signage. There is a requirement that supplies can be collected from a store within the Bournemouth conurbation and where required supplies will be delivered to a site (usually within the Bournemouth conurbation). The estimated start date for the contract is February 2018. The Council has a Highways Maintenance team which maintains the Borough's highways. The length of the contract is for 3 years with the option to extend the contract annually for a further 2 years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for 5 years. The estimated start date for the contract is February 2018.
