Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking a Contractor to provide the Council with services in relation to the removal, supply and laying of road marking materials, road studs and high friction surface systems. The annual maintenance budget for Roads Service Revenue works is generally in the region of 31 000 GBP per annum although generally, funding is provided from other sources for works to be completed under the terms of the contract. Historically, the annual expenditure against the contract can range from 80 000 GBP to 150 000 GBP. It should be noted that although every effort has been made in the quantities in the Bill of Quantities to give a fair representation of tasks, they are indicative to provide the evaluation panel with an indication of price. These figures are an indicative figure only and no guarantee is given with regard to the Council's overall uptake of any resulting contract.
