Request for tender for the provision of Kilkenny Refugee Resettlement Project for the Refugee Resettlement Programme

Tender description

Kilkenny County Council is inviting Tenders from community based organisations for a Programme Implementer to support delivery of a resettlement programme for programme refugees in County Kilkenny. Applicant organisations must have experience of working in partnership with local service providers in the provision of services to vulnerable communities. The successful tenderer will be appointed Programme Implementer for the Kilkenny Refugee Resettlement Project. The main objective of the initiative is to support recently arrived refugees from Syria who will be resettled in County Kilkenny. The group will comprise approximately 140 people or an estimated 35 families, arriving in two phases, phase 1 in October/November /December 2017 and phase 2 from the middle to end of 2018 (Date of arrival and final numbers ,family make up to be confirmed by the Resettlement Unit, OPMI at the Department of Justice and Equality).
