Derby City Council Healthy Housing Hub ('The Hub') commissions responsive repairs and minor works to owner-occupied domestic property in the Unitary Authority area of the City of Derby. Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of Maintenance & Minor Repair Works to Private Sector Housing. Please note; providers wishing to take part must express interest by 12:00hrs on Thursday 1st June 2017. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 14:00hrs on Friday 2nd June 2017.
