This procurement aims to appoint a Sitecore implementation partner to the British Library for the provision of Sitecore Support Services for 3-5 years We expect our demand for Sitecore development services to range between 200 and 400 developer days per annum. The contract will contain no contractual commitment on the British Library for provision of any particular quantity. The British Library intends this contract to be non-exclusive with ad-hoc call-off support being provided by the successful tenderer to flexibly meet demand as and when required. The British Library intends this contract to be non-exclusive with ad-hoc call-off support being provided by the successful tenderer to flexibly meet demand as and when required. The British Library is also seeking an implementation partner who will both manage the installation of the selected solution, and then collaborate with the Library to implement two pilot projects using the system; it is envisaged that the implementation partner will, as part of these two pilot projects, provide business analysis, project management, and technical training/knowledge transfer in relation to the ECM system. This implementation partner may be either the vendor of the system, or a subcontractor or chosen partner of the vendor.
