Tender description

Framework for the supply of Clothing for Interviews and/or Employment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for European Social Fund (ESF) Ways to Work participants on behalf of Liverpool City Council, Knowsley Council & Halton Council. The objective of this tender is to implement a framework agreement made up of two lots (Lot 1; Clothing & Lot 2; PPE) to facilitate the procurement of quality, value for money clothing and PPE products for ESF Ways to Work participants on behalf Liverpool City Council, Knowsley Council & Halton Council. Retailers will be required to provide a variety of clothing items for participants — with sizes ranging from XS-XXXL. Items such as suits, shirts, blouses, trousers and shoes. This is not an exhaustive list and suppliers may be expended to provide other work related items for participants during the lifetime of the agreement. Retailers successfully admitted on to the framework will be expected to offer a variety of options and range of sizes available in store to take away on the same day. A maximum ceiling price for an outfit must be agreed and retailers must be able to provide an outfit at or below the agreed price at all times during the contract. Retailers will be required to provide a variety of personal protective equipment items for participants. Items such as protective gloves, hard hats, hi-viz jackets and goggles. This is not an exhaustive list and suppliers may be expended to provide other PPE items for participants during the lifetime the framework agreement. Retailers successfully admitted on to the framework will be expected to offer a variety of options and range of sizes available in store to take away on the same day. A maximum ceiling price for each item must be agreed and retailers must be able to provide these itmes at or below the agreed price at all times during the contract.
