Access Lincoln - Community Engagement

Tender description

Access Lincoln is a Lincolnshire County Council initiative, supported and funded by the Department of Transport. It is dedicated to helping change the way people choose to travel into, out of and around the City from using public transport and car sharing to cycling and walking. Access Lincoln is also supporting a number of key infrastructure projects such as rail station improvements, additional Hirebike stations and cycle storage. Tenders are invited to deliver the community engagement aspect of the Access Lincoln programme. Suppliers shall be expected to target audiences within our community with a tailored approach to engagement. The supplier shall utilise a range of approaches to effect behavioural change in modal choice of transport and to increase levels of active travel centred on cycling and walking. The supplier shall engage with residents, businesses, employees and job seekers to increase levels of walking and cycling within the Access Lincoln area.
