WCCC16/288 Repair works to Ardmore Seawall. Waterford City and County Council proposes to carry out works to replace a section of the seawall at Ardmore, Co. Waterford.

The works shall consist of the scope of works shown on the drawings and specifications including as a summary:  Provide, maintain and dismantle safe access to the works;  Provide, maintain and dismantle traffic management for the duration of the works;  Disposal offsite of waste materials generated on site;  Set-up of suitable works plant and equipment;  Protection of existing services;  Excavations;  Stockpiling of material;  Demolition of the existing seawall;  Maintaining the existing storm water outfall;  Excavation of fill;  Excavating in hard material i.e. toe apron wall;  Seawall construction works;  Environmental constraints;  PSCS role for the duration of the works.
