Tender description

STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of works and services to support STW and DVW direct labour in undertaking repair and maintenance on the water distribution network. STW and DVW also wish to award framework agreements for the provision of works and services to support STW and DVW direct labour in new connections for Developer Services on the water distribution network. Works and services to be provided are reinstatement, temporary traffic management and construction services (contract labour). The works and services required for Water Distribution Repair and Maintenance and Developer Services are similar, but will be tendered as separate lots (and sub-lots). STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of construction services (contract labour) to support STW and DVW direct labour in undertaking repair and maintenance on the water distribution network. This will be divided into sub-lots for geographical areas and a separate sub-lot for the whole geographical area for Water Distribution Repair and Maintenance. STW and DVW wish to award framework agreements for the provision of reinstatement services to support STW and DVW direct labour in undertaking repair and maintenance on the water distribution network. This will be divided into sub-lots for geographical areas and a separate sub-lot for the whole geographical area for Water Distribution Repair and Maintenance.
