Tender description

The Council is looking to put in place a framework agreement for the provision of Consultation and Engagement services. The Council is looking to put in place a framework agreement for the provision of Consultation and Engagement services. The objectives of the Consultation and Engagement service are: — To provide a cost effective method for delivering robust consultation and engagement services, — To encourage consultation responses from a comprehensive cross-section of the local population, including seldom-heard and minority groups, — To provide appropriate analysis and interpretation of the data gathered, as required, to ensure the findings can be used to inform decisions around public services, — To deliver effective reports of consultation findings including clear and concise summaries, — To ensure robust data security to protect personal information. The Council is establishing a business intelligence team who will be able to deliver some of the analysis and interpretation of data gathered through consultations. So the supplier would need to be able to share raw data sets with the team for some consultations having sought the required permissions. Estimated framework value between 200 000 GBP and 350 000 GBP depending on usage and term.
