Torbay Council is starting the process of selecting a suitable partner to manage, operate and develop Parkfield Youth Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for the appointed organisation to deliver valued services to the young people of Torquay and to extend an appropriate and appealing offer to the local community. This soft market testing exercise provides an opportunity to put forward your thoughts on the structure of the competitive process and the types of commercial arrangements we, the Council, may need to consider prior to formally tendering the opportunity. The information collected during this market engagement exercise is designed to inform our approach, and will not be used for any other purpose. Once you have registered your interest you will be sent an information pack providing further details on Parkfield Youth Centre, the Council’s aims for Parkfield and the questions we are seeking a response to.
