Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a Strategic Market Support Partner to support our Adult care and Wellbeing Market. Please note that we are reserving the Contract under Article 77 of the Public Contracts Directive. This call to competition relates to a Schedule 3 ‘Social and Other Specific Services’ service under the new 2015 regulations (light touch regime) and will be only be bound by Section 7 of the Act and the underlying treaty principles. Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a Strategic Market Support Partner to support our Adult care and Wellbeing Market. Please note that we are reserving the Contract under Article 77 of the Public Contracts Directive. The estimated annual budget for the required services described is of the order of 340 000 GBP. Any potential volumes are not currently known and the financial envelope is therefore not a guaranteed figure. There is a core budget of 240 000 GBP per annum with an estimated further budget available for optional work in addition to the core services. This amount is not guaranteed but is estimated to be between 50 000 and a 100 000 per annum. In the case where changes to legislation or market pressures requires related areas of work to be developed. The contract duration is 3 years.
