Tender description

3.1. The Bank has a requirement to contract for the support and maintenance of their iManage Work Document Management Solution (DMS). More detailed requirements are set out in the SOUR, however key components of the contract for service are: — Provide Third Line telephone support for iManage Work Server and client components during office hours. — Serve as a single contact point for escalating issues, defects and enhancements in these products to iManage. — To act as a reseller for iManage Work and related products. — To provide advice and consultancy on an ad-hoc basis to assist the Bank in product upgrades and projects where required.
