Tender description
This Invitation to Tender sets out the requirements of Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) (“the Client”), to be provided by the Consultant (“the Bidder”), in the form of services, to set up and manage a PLACE (Planning, Landscape, Architecture, Conservation and Engineering) Review Group. The establishment of this PLACE review group was approved by the OPDC Board to provide advice for development proposals and planning policy documents at the earliest opportunity in the planning process for all OPDC developments.
