Tender description
Onward Homes Ltd (‘the Group’) are seeking suitably experienced and qualified candidates to provide Facilities Management Services to Rathbone Rehabilitation Unit, Mill Lane, Liverpool L13 4AW. The contract duration will be for 2 calendar years beginning 1.4.2018, with an option to extend an additional year up to 3 years. Rathbone Rehabilitation Unit is a standalone building that is located within the Rathbone Hospital site in Liverpool, which is run by Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. Provision of facilities management services.
