Tender description

Fyne Homes are looking to engage with the marketplace to investigate and find the best options for all our Reactive Maintenance, Cyclical and Capital Investment Frameworks for all our customers given the diverse geographical area that we cover. Fyne Homes will soon be inviting a range of Micro, Small, Medium and Large contractors to tender for a new locally based (Fyne Homes wide) framework offering the provision of Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Services, Cyclical Programmed Works and Capital Major Component Replacement Works throughout the 4 geographic areas in Scotland that Fyne Homes operate (Bute, Cowal, Mid-Argyll and Kintyre). Fyne Homes are looking to engage with the marketplace to investigate and find the best options for all our Reactive Maintenance, Cyclical and Capital Investment Frameworks for all our customers given the diverse geographical area that we cover. We have identified 4 options and are keen to get market feedback on these options. See attached ‘Fyne Homes Framework Options Overview_final’ for full details. Option 1 — Tender the framework based on the existing contractual arrangements, Option 2 — Tender the framework based on the individual Lots based on work types to a range of differing Micro, Small, Medium and Large contractors, Option 3 — Tender the framework based on 4 Geographical Lots only, Option 4 — Tender the framework based on 4 Geographical Lots. Each contractor has the option to bid for 1 or all lots 4 Geographical Lots. Please see attached ‘Options Questionnaire_final’ and we would ask you to complete this and return this to JMacCallum@fynehomes.co.uk by 24.11.2017 at 17:00.
