Tender description

Caerphilly County Borough Council (‘the Council’) established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of General Builders which commenced from the 01 April 2017. This contract award notice sets out the contractors awarded business via the mini competition tender processes undertaken via the DPS. The contractor details can be found under the additional items section of this contract award notice. All mini competitions undertaken to date via this DPS have been awarded based on the lowest cost to specification methodology and in line with JCT Terms and Conditions.
