Tender description

Liverpool City Council manages its customer feedback through the Have Your Say Scheme. In 2007, the Council went live with a case management system to deal with: - • Have Your Say cases • Adults and children’s statutory complaints • Information requests • Reports of anti-social behaviour Since then, we have added a number of new modules, including: - • MARAC referrals • Hate crimes • Grant applications • CLIP monitoring • Whistleblowing referrals • Breach of DPA cases • Mayor’s correspondence We are looking to procure a dedicated corporate case management system. The system will provide a sound infrastructure for several other key modules to further enhance the versatility of the system. Keywords: Complaints, FOI, Case Management
