Tender description

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) acting as the Central Purchasing Body (CPB) is coordinating the establishment of a Framework of Suppliers on behalf of the Contracting Authorities listed in Appendix 3 of the Tender Documents, (the ‘Framework Purchasers’). The purpose of this competition is to establish a Multi-party Framework Agreement for the procurement of Bitumen Emulsion Supplies and Services to the Framework Purchasers (the ‘Framework Agreement’). Lot 1 is for the supply only of Bitumen Emulsion Products. Lot 2 is for the supply and Spraying of Bitumen Emulsion Products.
