Tender description

Contracts have been awarded for Midland Hearts Window Cleaning Service. Window Cleaning Service includes, but is not limited to, the following elements on sites managed by Midland Heart: Cleaning of high level windows from ground level using a pole Cleaning system. Cleaning of low-level windows using appropriate equipment Wiping of window frames, sills and door frames (at high level this will be done using a pole cleaning system to remove streaks or runs where possible). Use of signage and barriers to warn customers of works in progress. Reporting instances of damage to windows and frames to Midland Heart. Annual cleaning of velux windows. Annual cleaning of High level walkways.
