Tender description

The Air Commodities Team (ACT) within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) is seeking to place a single contract for the in service support for Aircraft Support equipment. As part of this procurement, the UK Authority has released a MoD Request for Information to industry via the UK Defence Contracts Online tool. You are invited to respond to the RFI found by searching for the same Contract Title and Reference number as above into the DCO. The Air Commodities Team (ACT) part of the Air Support Operating Centre (ASOC) within Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) provides support to a large variety of equipment used within the Air Domain through a large portfolio of legacy support contracts. ACT is transforming the way it supports equipment and has initiated a Transformation Programme aiming to improve the way it delivers capabilities to its customers. It is the Authority's intention to release tender documentation for the Aircraft Support Capability Project by Q2 of 2018 to support the Aircraft Support Branch.
