Tender description

Suffolk County Council has a need for a lone worker and personal safety service for groups of employees. Under the resultant single vendor framework, the supplier will offer a full range of cost effective solutions to cover all risk profiles to include monitoring of all live devices/solutions, appropriate intervention 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and training. The deadline date for submissions of the tender is noon on 21.8.2017. Please note late returns will not be permitted The deadline for clarification questions is 17:00 on 8.8.2017 which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website. This is a collaborative Framework Agreement for use by Suffolk County Council, including any trading organisations wholly owned by the Council; arm's length bodies established by the Council and other public contracting authorities within geographical boundaries of the East of England, including Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Luton, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Southend-on-Sea, Thurrock and Essex including but not limited to district and borough councils; other County Councils; Police; Fire and Rescue Services; Ambulance Service, Probation Service; Health Authorities; Voluntary and Community Sector; Higher and Further Educational establishments; Schools; Free schools, Academies and Pupil Referral Units. Suffolk County Council has a need for a lone worker and personal safety service for groups of employees including: — Social Workers (SWs) and Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs), — Youth Offending Service (YOS) workers, — Trading Standards Officers, — Highways, — Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS), — Fire Safety, Fire Prevention and Protection.
