Tender description
The London Borough of Lambeth is undertaking an estate regeneration programme to improve the quality and quantity of housing across the Borough. The Council now wishes to procure development management teams to assist the Council to take forward the regeneration of the one of their largest estates in the programme: Fenwick Estate. This will be procured as an OJEU Restricted process. This will include a Standard Selection Questionnaire including project specific questions followed by an Invitation to Tender to shortlisted bidders.
