Depot Refurbishment

Tender description

Chiltern District Council invites expressions of interest to tender for the refurbishment of various buildings at their Waste transfer depot in Amersham, Bucks. The buildings comprise single storey offices, industrial type units and canteen/toilet blocks. The approximate area of the office space is 150 sq m and the industrial buildings approximately 2000sq m.. The work to the offices will include external repairs and decorations, new windows and doors, internally removing several partition walls, replacing with new partitions, ceilings, ambient and emergency lighting, painting walls and woodwork, and laying new carpet tiles and vinyl flooring throughout. Works to the industrial type buildings will be brick repairs, general repair and painting along with steel cladding repairs and installation of emergency lighting.
