Places for People (PfP — Procurement Hub as a part of PfP) has been instructed by One Manchester to conduct a tender process under the PfP DPS for Building Materials and Associated Services. The tender is aimed at selecting the most economically advantageous tender for the supply of building materials, timber, plumbing and heating products, electrical materials and gas spares under the following Lots from the DPS. 1a Building Materials 1b Timber 2 Plumbing and Heating 3 Electrical 6 Gas Spares The supply of Building Materials with an approximate value of 200 000 GBP per annum. One Manchester are seeking to appoint 4 suppliers to provide materials under this Lot. The supply of Timber with an approximate value of 50 000 GBP per annum. One Manchester are seeking to appoint 2 suppliers to provide materials under this Lot. The supply of Plumbing and Heating Materials with an approximate value of 350 000 GBP per annum. One Manchester are seeking to appoint 4 suppliers to provide materials under this Lot. The supply of Electrical Materials with an approximate value of 250 000 GBP per annum. One Manchester are seeking to appoint 3 suppliers to provide materials under this Lot. The supply of Gas Spares with an approximate value of 100 000 GBP per annum. One Manchester are seeking to appoint 2 suppliers to provide materials under this Lot.
