Tender description
Arts Services: Evaluator Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Arts Development Team is seeking an experienced evaluator for a new arts engagement and community development initiative taking place for 12 months between 22 January 2018 and 21 January 2019. The aim is to increase participation in the arts in places where participation has remained persistently low: Foxhill in Bath, and the Somer Valley area. We are seeking a contractor that can design and deliver a robust and thorough evaluation of the process, impact and outcomes of the project. They will need to gather a comprehensive body of data and produce a final evaluation report that provides an evidence base for future policy and actions. The contract will be offered for 12 months initially, with an option to extend for a further 12 months dependent upon the Council's future budget planning.
