TS16033 - Supply of ICT Hardware Collection and Disposal Services

Tender description

Tenders are being invited for the provision of secure and cost effective ICT Hardware Collection and Disposal Services. A key objective is to send as little waste as possible to landfill and to treat or dispose of all electrical and electronic waste responsibly in compliance with WEEE and Environmental Agency regulations, ethically and to minimise the Council's carbon footprint. This requirement has not been separated into lots as the Council has a single requirement for generation of efficiencies and the primary Contractor having full responsibility for delivery of the Service. The Council requires two types of collection service: • A standard disposal - collection from site and treatment (no data); and • A secure disposal - accompanied off-site by Council staff to ensure a Secure Treatment Service (with data). Suppliers that are interested in responding need to register on the Council's electronic tendering system and download the available documentation by 5.00pm on Monday 23rd October 2017.
